About

19-24 September

This retreat will allow us to leave our hectic and often stressful lives behind and fully immerse ourselves in the tranquility and natural wilderness of the island.  Taking inspiration from the land, the sky and the water around us, we will spend as much time as possible outdoors, developing mindfulness skills and tools to take away and use in our everyday lives.  Through meditation, creative enquiry, personal exploration and walking, we will harness the transformative power of nature and the land to renew and recharge. Each day will involve meditation sessions, journaling and creative writing, hikes to different areas of the island, and time for personal refection and work on individual projects.
